Instructions and what Happens After You Order

Whether you’re keeping it simple or creating a fully personalised design, we guide you through every step of the process.

Choose Your Font Colour: Select from our range of standard vibrant colour buttons. If you have a specific colour in mind that isn’t listed, click the Custom Colour button. When we email you to confirm your design, simply tell us what custom colour you would like us to use!

Choose Your Font Style:
Take a look through our font options and choose the style you’d like for your sign. When placing your order, simply write your chosen font style into the customisation box so we know which font you would like us to use.

Our Welcome Email:
Within 24 hours of ordering, we will email you to begin the design process.

If You Selected the Image Option:
Simply reply to that email with any artwork or ideas you’d like us to include and we will do our best to accommodate.

Approve Your Proof:
We will send a digital preview of your sign straight to your inbox. We won’t start crafting until you’re completely happy with the design and give us the go-ahead.

Free Fitting Kit Included:
Every sign comes with a complete premium wall-mounting kit, including:

4 screws

4 spacers

4 screw caps

Everything you need to securely install your new slate & oak sign is included.

Ready to Install:
All signs come with pre-drilled fixing holes, making installation simple and straightforward.

Delivery Time:
Once your design proof has been approved, your sign will be handcrafted and dispatched within 7–14 days.
